By accessing and using LasuKlausos, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

LasuKlausos provides a digital publishing platform for purchasing and accessing print books, audiobooks, and e-books. Services include one-time purchases, subscription plans, and parcel locker delivery for physical items.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to purchase digital content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Digital content purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Physical book orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

5. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly book limits apply to Basic and Standard plans.

6. Digital Content Usage

Digital content is licensed, not sold. You may stream audiobooks and read e-books for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, copying, or redistributing content is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on LasuKlausos are owned by SIA Good Publishing or our content providers and protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

LasuKlausos is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
